The Four Agreements

These are four agreements that are supposed to make your life easier. You make them with yourself.

1) Be impeccable with your word. Fight the negativity in what you say and think.

2) Don't take anything personally. When someone says something about you, good or bad, it is about them, not you.

3) Assume nothing.

4) try your best all the time.

I like this. These are things that I typically try to live by, but it is hard. It is nice seeing all written in one spot.
