Torrents?

I need someone who is Torrent savvy to help me out in getting some files. I have the kernel file for the torrent downloads, but need someone who can do this to give me a hand -- most torrent programs aren't blind friendly.

Turkey Day Plans?

My mom isn't having Turkey day this year on the actual date because my Uncle and Aunt are going to be off touring spain and my brother and his family are going to his in-laws this year.

If my other brother doesn't come up from the Valley, my dad is planning on going out to the lake, a 2 hour drive, to have the celebration with his wife's family. He's invited me to go, but that means a 2 hour car drive with 3 dogs and a bird along with the three humans, as well as a stay out there for at least a day, possibly the entire weekend. I'm not relishing being in a strange place away from everything for that long, especially since I very well may have other plans later on that weekend.

As an added complication, the roommate is going to Kansas to visit her "boyfriend" that weekend, so transportation will be a bit odd.

I'd love to find a good Orphan's celebration to get to, along with someone to help me get there. If any of my friends in the dFW area are planning one that they wouldn't mind me attending, please let me know. I'm doing this nice and early to give people plenty of planning room.
