Temporary Deletions from my Friends List

If you're on my friends list and you do voice posts, you will see from time to time where I've deleted you and reinstated you later on.

Voice posts really mess up my style sheet for Livejournal -- it's a custom one that places everything in a logical layout with no user pictures. Also, I have Flash turned off, and voice posts use it. (Flash is hell for the blind) This causes my friends list to come to a screeching stop when a voice post is hit, blocking me from reading earlier messages I might not have already read.

So there is nothing odd about this, it's a normal thing that I have to do to keep up with what's going on.

LiveJournal Clients

Symmagic is crashing all the time now, so I'm looking for another LJ client. I've heard good things about LJ.net in the accessibility arena, (Symmagic has substantial accessibility issues) so I'm interested in it. Anyone know where I can find it or another accessible client? These crashes are a pain.

Twisted Coincidence

So, my roommate A and his girlfriend, (Also A, so we'll call her A Prime) went down to Dallas to visit Kalachandjii's. Afterward they decided to go club hopping and got snockered enough that they decided to get a hotel.

The one they picked was the Sheraton downtown -- Yep, the one hosting A-Kon.

A is a standard environmentalist guy who hasn't dealt with much fandom, so there he is, still somewhat drunk, in the bar watching two people dressed almost identically debating which one is more authentic while both of them are far past 3 sheets. (the two arguing, not A and A prime) Talk about a shock to the system.
