Out and about

nyykiWent out shopping with my best friend, Cuts_Inside.
First, I took her to Bra heaven, a transcendent shop called The Maddox Shop. Though there are not any Wal-Mart specials there, when you leave, your brassiere will fit perfectly. One of their services is to reverse bra straps so that the buckles don't show, and they will modify any bra to make sure that it fits you perfectly. Plus, the attention they shower on you is unlike nothing else.
After that, we did some wandering around Deep Ellum, where she picked up some scarves. From there, we made our way to Irving, and the mecca of thrift stores.
I got out for under fifty bucks, and I'm going to need some serious hangers for this stuff as I'm totally out when everything I already had is hanging up where it should be. (I organize my closet by type of article to keep things sane)
I'm looking forward to wearing these clothes. Some great finds. And the company was wonderful as well. All in all, a really fun day, and we only made it to two of the thrift shops. Two more to go.
