nyykiHomeward bound am I, tomorrow.
The heat has gone out of the leg and the scabs are flaking off. (I heal quick, especially quick for someone with diabetes) The doctor is happy with my progress, and feels that he'll be able to release me around lunch time tomorrow. This is a very very good thing.
According to J, the nappy dog, who had his big 16 birthday on Sunday, (Go Nappy) is acting all Emo right now because his favorite person isn't around. He'll be rather pleased to see me tomorrow.
I'll probably spend a week of down time until I can go back to school -- the doctor wants me resting and recuperating on strong antibiotics and not out in the population where I'll be exposed to all kinds of random stuff while on an antibiotic cycle. It'll put me about two weeks behind, but at least I'll be healed, and I'm taking fairly easy classes at this point in time.
Now I just have to arrange the ride home. That shouldn't be too much of a problem, as I have lots of friends up here.
