Definitely. I’ve been single enough and known enough singlesto deeply understand how hurtful this day can be. I’ve also seen how the expectationsof a special night out with a loved one can turn into something that is painfuland very unhappy year after year. It’s the day I dislike most in a given year, andgiven my druthers we’d send it the way of Sweetest Day. And of course, there’s theproblem of people only showing their love for each other on this day. I feel it’sa bad deal all around, and I dislike it even more than time zones. I’d love to eliminatethis free sales increase for chocolatiers, diamond hawkers and flora murderers.
