Need A Word Guru Now...

nyykiI managed to get the bumper pool table out of the garage and set up in the game room myself. (It took a lot of time out in the heat to do so, and it wasn't fun, but it got done) So what I'd like to do is to get someone who knows how to watermark in Word to assist me in building an 11x17 framed poster of the rules for bumper pool so I can hang that in the game room. Here's what I'd like:
A parchment style background with a watermark of a couple of pool cues and several balls in the background, probably a fairly faint grey scale. The background would be a tan or khaki color.
The rules on top of that in a sepia tone, centered well and in a large enough font to fill the page reasonably well but not too big or too small.
This way I can take it to some place to have it printed in color and then get a frame. The layout and watermarking isn't something a blind person can do, so this is why I need the assistance of someone who knows how to do this. (I've completely forgotten exactly how to watermark something, though I could probably do it with transparency and a text box with no borders, now that I think about it)
Anyone who can assist with this will have great appreciationment from me. And it won't take much time -- I already have the rules downloaded, so it's mostly just layout stuffski I need at this point.
