Register.

Today is the last day to register to vote for the November elections and amendment referendum.

On the docket is an initiative to ban same sex marriage as a constitutional amendment. If this passes, it'll be damned hard to get it out of the constitution, and our constitution is already bloated enough without cluttering it with more useless or pernicious crap.

With how short the Texas legislature session is anyway, and how much of it is taken up with the business of the budget, it really offends me that they'd take time out of figuring out how to pay for education for the kids to put through something as useless and morally corrupt as this.

So go and register, and vote this stupid amendment down.
