Caught the AVenue Q show at the Dallas Opera House, called the AT&T Center or something like that.

Of course I can't comment on sight lines or anything like that. Sound was good. We had seats at the very last row in the very top tier, so we were way up at the top -- K2 territory, most likely. There's an elevator close at hand for there, though, so it wasn't bad. Parking was a bear, but parking downtown in ?Dallas is always a bear.

The show was great. I've heard the soundtrack many times, but filling in the missing pieces helped me get a feel for the story. It's quite demented, somewhat post-modern, and a lot of fun.

If you're in the area, it's a very nice venue. It's not the acoustics of the Meyerson, but then again nothing else is, and comparing anything to the "Mort" is going to be a fool's game. I would also reccomend seeing AVenue Q if you get the chance -- it's especially fun for those of us who grew up with Sesame Street..
