First off, if you live in Arlington, Texas, and you get the urge to try Bodacious Barbecue on Division, it's not bad, but also not worth the price, and their sides are very limited. I found myself having to choose the lesser of the myriad evils.

So, there I am, with my O/M trainer, heading to the university after an overpriced barbecue lunch, and I get to the Adaptive Resource Center to find them closed. Looks like they take MLK day seriously. So, figuring that the Students with Disabilities office will likewise be closed, we start off to the O/M trainer's vehicle. It's already been a frustrating walk, as I've managed to break off the tip of my cane. I'm working with a severely truncated cane, and then some guy in a van tries to back into me. Fortunately, my O/M trainer sees this, so he slaps the back of the van and gets the guy to stop.

I'm staying in for the rest of the day. Too risky out there.
