NaNoWriMo: Getting set up

nyykiI've been meaning to do NaNoWriMo for several years now, and I even have the book I'm going to work on. Since I wrote a bit on it last year, I'm working out how to track the total amount I need to write in the month of November. I think I'm ready now to launch into it.
This is going to be a plot driven story. I can do plotted work, but I'm much more comfortable with situation driven work, so this one will be interesting for me.
My goal is to add 50,000 words to the tale by November 30, 2011. After that I can proof it, make edits, and clean it up some. Then comes the part where I find some way to get it out to potential sales targets.
I'll update here during the month so folks know how I'm progressing.
