nyykiI've been having a problem getting a hold of my friend Will. We were talking about getting me a Pomeranian, and he was searching for me since some of these forms are hard to deal with for a blind person. Then about a month ago he stopped answering his phone. But he's been doing a lot of spiritual investigation, so I thought he might be out of town. However, I knew he would be around this weekend because of AllCon. So I called him yesterday and left him a message.
I got a call from another of his friends today, and to make a long story short, after some investigation the Garland police entered his house and found him, dead, apparently from self action. (I don't know the method he used)
He was a great guy, always helping others out and always a lot of fun to be around. He will be missed. He was my salvation when I moved back to Dallas from Denton, as He hosted the early music gatherings that provided me a social outlet. I have friends from that group I will treasure for a long time.
I have no idea why he did it, and I wonder about his cats too, though in retrospect he was pretty methodical about how he was giving some of his stuff away, with very convincing reasons for doing it.
This is going to take me some time to process all of this.
