Dealing with a Bunch of Little Pricks

Well, my Hemoglobin A1C is steadily rising, and the Actose isn't doing the job. Most of the standard drugs are counterindicated for kidney damage, so I get to start stabbing myself twice a day.

They're putting me on a special delivery method that involves prefilled syringes.

I'm far from happy about this. It's days like this that I wish I could just get done with my job here and get a reboot.

My son, who was NOT a fan of needles (and who became a type-1 diabetic at 21) got to where he handled them really, eally well. Now he can do it without thinking about it.
